Depends which you would trust most some "possibly iffy" figures on a bit of paper or your own judgement/management/breed knowledge?

Its nice if when you look at the figures they back up your own judgement etc.

An Angus bull used heavily in the UK and Australia. EBVs say that he should probably be relatively safe on most UK heifers.
But an Australian heifer should be clipped on her left side - in preparation for the Caesarian.

Why are pedigree breeders less honest than the average Arthur Daley?

I have heard pedigree breeders claim that his calves just 'pop out'', even though the bull is less than two years of age.
