I have made use of that facility in recent years. However I am now no longer in need of a new pickup for some considerable time.......But if you’re a member we (NFU) will get you a discount on your next new pickup

108 votes seems a very low response in comparison to the number of members either the NFU or TFF have. So, the final results...........
108 votes.
8.3% of NFU members who voted are happy with the status quo - hardly very encouraging to the NFU, IMHO.
17.6% of NFU members who voted would leave the NFU to join a new organisation.
Only 5.6% of non members who voted would join the NFU to try and reform it.
39.8% of non members would join a new organisation.
9.3% of voters would help to form/run a new organisation.
If there is no major reform of the NFU, 37% of members who voted would leave.
I'm no political commentator but, from the above, I would think that if the NFU don't soon start listening to their members they very soon won't have any members to listen to.
Those 9.3 % had better start thinking of what to call their new organisation.
Same here, they are excellent, and Lobby as well or better than NFU on all matters relevant to me as a tenant farmer, and are not a top heavy organisationAs a tenant we found the NFU to be absolutely NFU to us , my dad always joined it but I soon realised as that ‘small farms’ weren’t of importance to them . We’re now in the TFA which we should have joined years ago .

Whilst the results would be broadly in line with my expectations I’m not sure the results could be claimed to be meaningful due to the low response
