Hi, Got a job on Thursday so doing the right thing and gave the Manitou 627 Telehandler a service.
I've done hydraulic, Fuel and Engine. Plus dropped and cleaned the water trap.

It now stumble on idle like there is air or air leak in the fuel....but I sure cant find it.
Is this common after a fuel filer change?
I have let the circulation pump run for a while and then cracked the injectors off and cranked over for 20 seconds.
It clears when the revs pickup but also fails to shut off cleanly, there is bit of a delay and stumble before stopping.

Any idea out there...it should I just keep running it around the yard?
Thanks, John.

electric pump is probably not pumping fuel, tak eth eoutlet pipe off and see. there common to fail.

running on after key off or stumbling as you say, they will do this if air in system but there is also a latch valve on the injector pump that fails and causing the run on too.

Thanks ACE,
Fuel pump was running well, ran for a while with outlet pipe off to pump out any air, certainly helped but still seemed to be pumping out a air/fuel mix but in the end the big change was to remove and re-fit the filter.
I guess there was either some air I managed to bleed or I had incorrectly seated the filter.
All runs and idles great again. Thanks for your quick responce ACE.
