And you know it ?Must be an "our gate warranty"
And you know it ?
so latest update I got her started today by hooking up 12 v to trigger wire. I moved it around & let it tick over for an hour went back out & it started. Left it 2 hours & now it won’t start ??Dam did i leave my stickers all over it
What about checking the voltage/current at the trigger wire when the key is turned? Better done with a test bulb(preferably something like a 55w halogen rather than a multimeter).
So update new starter fitted & still the same turn key 4-5 tones eventually starter kicks in any ideas would be greatly appreciated as it’s becoming a pain in the arse
Ah.....Thinking old school stuff here......
Tried that swapped it with one from another manitou but appreciate your help
I have this exact problem, not starting but LED panel for gears not lighting up. Can you tell me which pin is it that I should be looking at on the PCB board?!if powershift model is the LED panel for gears lit up? if not the pin in the PCB board that supply's the power to trany ECU likes to corrode. Also rats like to chew the wires off the ECU wiring loom plug! you will have to short starter out to run it and lift the boom to access the ECU though.

Thanks, pulled that plug and it looks clean and no corrosion. The LED panel gives a quick flash on when you turn the key on, but then nothing (all the other load sensor lights flash, and usual beep etc). I did notice the LED flashing sometimes when you went over rough ground, so seems like a bad connection somewhere. Any other clues? This little bugger
