MF GPS receivers query

I’ve got a couple of GPS receivers, came of a 2020 MF 8740S and 2018 MF8738.

tractors were bought at auction and so came with gps units attached now we have no use for them so I’m trying to figure out what they’re worth but don’t really know what I’m looking at or what level of signals they are capable of?
Can anybody give me a rough guide just from the photos?

The square one looks capable of RTK but might need unlocking, the round one looks the same as my sprayer, egnos.

The ag-382 had a sim card underneath but was collected by the dealer when we didn’t want to renew the subscription. Guessing that could mean it is unlocked to a higher level

I'm no expert but I'd agree, I'd expect that means it was on Ntrip

The Novatel receiver (the round one) might also be RTK capable. Any model details on it, perhaps need to detach the unit to read specs from the bottom of it.

You will only know what they are unlocked to once you plug them in and see what you can access. I believe mf were Trimble as standard then switched to Novatel. Hence the two different brands on different age tractors. Both would be capable of everything it’s just what they are unlocked too that would affect the value.

The exact model info would be useful to find out if both are GPS/Glonass/Galileo/Beidou capable, not only RTK. @Farmer Fin probably knows without seeing the product details?

Thanks for your help, I’ll get them both plugged back in to the tractors and I’m assuming I can view unlocks somewhere on the datatronic 5 screen? I find the MF screen layout hard to get my head round as I’ve always been use to CNH products!

Sorry that’s the length of knowledge. I have an older MF which would have been on Trimble but don’t have a dome for it - agopen now. And a newer one which came with novatel and all the unlocks.

The unlocks are in the screen in the tractor not the dome
Unless it’s Rtx or rtk
