Bloody hell, that's double even the DeWalt
Yea think that's where they were at had already lost interest though.

Edit.
Just googled alemite grease gun seems there's a few different models some with lcd control panels etc. Best check them out yourselves for your own spec/price. could be they compare OK on price when spec's similar.

Been quoted £350+vat for a Dewalt grease gun. Are they worth the money?

My lad wants one but I'm just thinking if they are just an expensive gimmick!

Think off the top of my head the Alemite was around £500 so has to be pretty brilliant and bombproof.

no it not, at the 14volt one isnt and that the one i have and recommend. £300 plus vat with 1 battery. About £25? extra for the optional relief valve i think and about £3 each for spare decent Alemite 3 jaw coupler. cheap couplers do not lat 5minutes on it.

So I just one and inserted tube in barrel. Couldn't get the rod handle but 1/2 way back in. To be honest I could barely get it back. I have been using old school hand pump ones and never an issue on this part. Went to prim it and grease started flying out of the hole below the bleeder valve. WTH!! Ran the pump for 20 seconds and grease flying out the end as it suppose to. Rod handle still only 1/2 way in and press the bleeder valve and grease comes flying out still. I almost ran over it with my skid steer I was so pee'd off. It was gift last year from a contractor. Heading to auto zone in the AM to pick up old school again. Got to plant food plots and grease my no till drill. So frustrating. ....

i have a Milwaukee grease gun and I recently got the adapter to take the screw-in cartridges but I can't get it to pump at all, am I missing something or will they not work with adapters?

They will work but you need to prime it by pressing the bleed button and pushing in the cartridge piston by hand til grease comes out of the bleed hole.
Mine won't work with Kramp's blue grease cartridges but will work fine with Kramp's economy GoPart ones. The pistons in the dearer Kramp cartridges are too tight for the vacuum to pull them in... No problems with other makes either.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
