With that said we’re fairly convinced that it’s the source of a niggly bacto issue due to its inability to cook the milk quick enoughKeep your old one and put a horizontal one out side? With block calving having The choice of a smaller tank would be handy surely.

Good luck get in to any of them if you need to and are, er, chunky.
You will either need to site manway built in to a room or have a cabinet made (suppliers usually source and fit but make sure it's included in price along with light and wash basin).
Also make sure you can washdown around them as milk seems to like traveling all around the circumference
Oh, and ask how it cleans. Wash balls vary and the ability to put a third chem in is useful.
