NH PLM stability control?

Moving bales, as my trailer gets loaded up and heavier my tractor seems to go into a stability control (?) mode where it reduces rpm’s and flashes an incomprehensible alert on the dash. Basically brings you to a stop as you are bouncing your way across the field. Continuously. Nothing in the manual under Stability Control or Trailer Stability. Is there a way to turn whatever is happening off in this abortion of an operating system?
only happens when the trailer gets sufficiently heavy enough. T7.300

I love the 60sec wait while you twiddle your thumbs waiting for the system to boot up upon every startup of the engine before you can move or cycle any hydraulics.

So front suspension on ‘soft’ was the problem. Changed to ‘normal’ and issue has gone away. Unfortunately the manual is missing over 100 pages so not much help. Dealer has ordered new manual. Warranty claim has been submitted for new transmission, grinding as it changes from range 1 to range 2 in reverse. 20 hours on tractor.

Good point, hopefully filters catch it, I have to keep using it as I am on a schedule, presumably dealer will take it back soon for repair. Entire tractor is a huge disappointment, except the suspended front axle - it is much improved.

Hopefully they've changed filtration setup. The old one had a bypass feature, which resulted in me needing 2 hydraulic pumps in as many days.

If a warning light had come on I would simply have stopped. Rather than stopping abruptly when all the hydraulics failed.

Jesus.. that’s bad to hear. Sounds like a nightmare and hopefully they do right by you.

I was disappointed in the new gen if I’m honest. Too reliant on everything being done on the screen. It was comfortable though. I can’t work out why soft suspension mode would cause the original issue??

Must be some motion sensor that gets triggered when tractor wallows around with soft suspension or something. Yeah tractor is an abortion… or should have been aborted before getting green light for production. High school computer class did the programming and they went to town on it.

So 30 days later we find out tractor needs a new transmission, that is 9 months lead time (50k trans). 30 hours on tractor and only 6 by me, rest at the shop. Buyer beware on this “Blue Power”. Tractor will be a year old by the time I get it back. NH doesn’t care, won’t pull a trans off the line for it.

Ouch… the fact it needs a new transmission is not the end of the world. Although still very annoying on a brand new machine. The worst thing is they expect you to wait that amount of time.

Over here and being on finance more than likely there would be a way of getting out of the machine, not fit for purpose?

NH has been paid so they don’t care anymore. Yeah it’s warranty at least. I will demand an extra year of warranty on the complete tractor. I asked for a buyback but no luck, even NH doesn’t want it.
