Nitrogen in silage Ground

I've sowed some fertilizer 23-0-5 on a paddock around 200 cwt per acre to get some round bales off.
How long till I can cut it so that the nitrogen would be out of the grass.
What normally happens if it would be baled to quick with the nitrogen not completly out of the grass sward.
Two questions I need answered.
Thanks

Standard growing conditions work on 2 units N per day and 2 units K, 1 unit P.

It’s 46 Units you’ve applied so wait 23-24 days as long as you have rain shortly to wash it in, if not do 23 days from whenever it next rains/gets absorbed

I always think 6 weeks as a rule , more if it hasnt rained much. Silage doesnt cure correctly and will cause problems to the animals eating it , it can be toxic too
