They mite be reliable etc but if I had to do a 500 mile trip towing 3.5 ton I wouldn’t walk past a 3.2 auto ranger to get in it!

your probably right I had heard that most where going to south america from the UK , rather than the desterst of the middle east I had that one last year and it was beauty yes 20 year old tec and the ride and drive not that of modern pickup but I would bet anyone it will be running when all pickups 15 years younger will be parked up with faulty engine management issues .
