Pottinger rakes

Looking at buying a pottinger 620 rake , it’s a 2009 model , trailed , fixed width. What are they like for rowing up in silage for baling and have they any problems to look out for .

I have a 2010 mounted 461 (I think) single rotor take, and if it is an indication of build quality and how well they work, then it's first class, in every way.

I’ve used loads of my friends Pottinger rake it does a superb job and suits both his Mchale and my Claas round baler very well.

outfront caster wheels great for contour following.

We've a 2018 pottinger 620, very happy with it. Had a pottinger 701 before and that was a good rake. Used for rowing up for baler and forage wagon
