Plastic bung was missing from headstock of the rake. Made a new one from a pringles can. Plastic lid was a tad too big, but base just right.

honda pump has sprung a leak in casting so
bit of buffalo board and pacer codged onto top of pto guard
as sprayer is painfully slow to fill have made a fast fill pipe up so it feed spray pump and rest up fast fill .
cannot be waiting 20 mins to fill up

but is that a bit of mackerel cable tied to the pto shaft?

Putting thr plastics back on the quad after changing the drive belt and the bolts holding the plastic to the foot pegs were so rotten I couldn't grip them properly with a socket so needed new bolts. Of course I don't have those special ones with the wider bit at the end to stop it wobbling about but I do have an imagination and a box of weird bits and pieces taken from broken furniture or whatever else I've taken apart over the years.
Needed a blot like that on the left. Found that thing next to it thar is hollow and threaded I think it came out of an old cot. Cut bits off and used washers off broken tec screws and old bolts I found in a bucket and made almost perfect replacents for those I took off in about 5 minutes 🤠
