norhing looks out of place as you say just check everything runs freely occasionally if it works fine in pieces and cog isn’t turning on the shaft which you can see without taking the circuit board out. Then just check it isn’t nipping up when you put the casing on.
What you’ve done I suspect is actually set the low speed alarm to 0 put that back to 5. Then turn off and turn on whilst holding +1 then scroll over to the distribution shaft screen using +1 then adjust that no to 0. Then turn off and turn on again and that screen will no longer be there in normal operation
