Rotovator or similar?

We've just sent our first pigs on the one way ticket, but they did a mighty good job of trashing their penned areas.
We want to get more weaners in spring but need to try and sort out the mess and re-seed.
We're looking at a rotovator to turn over and sort the ground, but as small holders, we are skint and need to look for something reconditioned or not extortionate.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Rotavators are effective but rain after would turn the soil to pudding.
Something less agressive on the right day?
Discs or a tine drag?
Subsoiler with a press behind?
See what the neighbours have parked in the nettles?

A heavy gate with a couple of railway sleepers on top can knock the tops into the ruts if dragged around after a dry week.

Something similar to that would do you. Don't mess the ground up like a rotavator does, costs way less and a rotavator within your budget will likely be knackered anyway.

Post some good photos of the area you’re trying to do.
And the machine recommendations will be more pointed to your problem.
