All cattle are Organic Hereford x (Mr Bragg sold his herd of British Friesian cows on the farm in 2006 and since then the cattle have been put to Pedigree Hereford Bulls and would suit both Organic and Commercial producers)

DIRECTIONS:
From the A30 Exeter Alphington roundabout take the Ide turning and follow signposts to Ide. Go up through the High Street passing The Poachers Inn and take the next right (Station Road), keep on this road approx. 1 mile and the farm will be on your left hand side. ‘To the Sale Signs’ will be posted locally on the day of the sale.
VIEWING:
On Tuesday 25th February between 12.00noon to 4.00pm or on morning of the sale from 8.00am onwards
VAT:
The vendor is VAT registered, so VAT will be added to the purchase price of machinery lots unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
OUTSIDE ENTRIES:
Outside Entries are welcomed into the sale by permission - Contact Chris Clapham 07968 122198 or Harvey Pile 07738 116669 .
CLEARANCE:
All cattle to be removed from the farm by 5.00pm Friday 28th February. All machinery to be removed from the sale field by 5.00pm Saturday 29th February.
PAYMENT:
We are able to accept debit cards as well as cash or cheque. Please note payments by Business Credit Cards will be subject to a 2% surcharge.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
The Vendors and Stags will all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending the sale. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. We cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property.
