Law may have changed but a few years ago a neighbour had a fine as he gave a bag of seed corn to another neighbour , it was proper bought in seed corn not home savedPretty sure leftover seed that’s had royalties etc paid can be traded,

After the winter everybody has had I phoned everybody I new to find some, eventually sourced some and in fine weather drilled. Knowing how hard it was to find I am sure there are other farmers in the same predicament, just trying to help.Selling on seed crops is illegal unless you have a license to do so ……

To all the negative comments I know there a rules to the game but......................
If you really are concerned about the ethics of selling without a licence then maybe have a world with the drug gangs, counterfeit good sales, and miss description of food in supermarkets. I could go on.
Was hardly going to retire on the proceeds, just trying to help.

no it cant unless you hold a licence from defra of which there are 2 types one a proceessor and one a trader and every grain is checked far more onerous than rt and you need to be registered with the british society of plant breeders to pay the royalties on certified seedPretty sure leftover seed that’s had royalties etc paid can be traded,
