Very area dependant, demand etc . Quality grass in a good block with good access for one cut £80-120 would be fair. If you had a dairy farm short of grub nr by it could be £150-200

Thanks for the replies, to clarify, no fertilizer, 2 cuts per year, buyer wants to pay per acre.

Whats a fair price per acre to both parties?
How much yield will there be roughly?

If it's good ground that will yield well I would have thought it needs to be £150 an acre plus...

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.
