Well I'll admit I'm good at complaining about the weather but I can't believe this now is wrong for folk, what do they really want🤷

Well that depends on what weather folk need and what those folk are getting!!

In Devon, I would say it was a late spring. It started much later than usual.
But the last few weeks have been exceptionally good for growing and I think many of us would have growth ahead of usual.
Things are looking great at the moment but the ground is still surprisingly soft with generally unsettled weather forecast after the weekend.

Yes I suppose it is different in different parts of the country, I suppose I presumed that because it had dried up here it would have dried up everywhere but maybe the south has had it as bad as anywhere this time.
I suppose it also depends on when you expect spring, we are on a higher hill farm and never really expect spring or to have any grass till end may/June.
If it carries on in this vein we will do better this time.
