Do any of the world wide manufacturers , John deere , fent etc give a better warranty than the British made specialist sprayer company's? Keep reading about tractors with 5 years on them and think that with the 250k price tag of a run of the mill sprayer surely a decent warranty isn't too much to ask.

What have you had so far?

My last nine machines have been green and white and the manufacturers have stood by their warranty faultlessly, one year on most components and two years on others. But as prices rocket , shouldn't manufacturers be confident that there products should last the distance.

Same with all machines I guess.

But some people seem to be able to destroy sprayers in a very short space of time. You'd need a maintainance package to be a condition of warranty.

A sympathetic operator will grease it and fix leaks etc.

So they'll carry out decent maintenance. To some people nowadays it's just a job, sit in seat all day and go home when finished. Just want to cover acres.
