They're selling pretty much all of their kit in two sales, Essex and Suffolk and replacing it with John Deere tractors and combines and Horsch cultivation and drilling, as I understand it.

The business was split in two. The landownership and farming was sold to some financial institution nobody had heard of but turns out to be JP Magnier, as in Coolmore Stud etc. Farming to be continued in hand.
The two AD plants, again went to an obscure city outfit but are run by Material Change Ltd, a subsidiary of Heathpatch Ltd, who own several AD plants and compost facilities as well as farming quite a bit in the south of Suffolk.
