UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

Despite threats of legal action and the removal of related threads we have taken advice and will continue our discussion regarding the actions of these companies and related individuals. The number of victims of these people is rising daily and our information includes professional malpractice on an epic scale. The recent mortgage fraud case in North Wales resulted in prison sentences totalling 21 years for 4 individuals, valuers and solicitors played a major part in that fraud. That case took 5 years to bring to court and involved sums totalling a paltry £24m.As we all know our friends at Acorn House wouldn't get out of bed for such a piffling amount, preferring to do things on a much grander scale.Let's hope the Serious Fraud Office realise that they must act on this immediately.

Quite a complete service really

Sell you finance, snatch your farm. using there in house recovery manager..sell it through there in house property company, not to mention an "impartial" LPA receiver [sorry he is also a director of Acorn]

The Complete service----they may even buy you farm off themselves--Mudgley

I see Strutt and Parker now marketing Scuddaborough Farm on the Isle of Skye, previously on the Acorn properties website. I understand the SFO will shortly be handed the details surrounding the repossession of this farm.I believe this property was originally charged to UK Country Capital who went into administration, the loan book was then sold to UK Acorn Country Capital.Surely those who have a proprietary interest in a property should have an opportunity to buy their loan back.I don't think borrowers should be expected to put their property up for security to then see it packaged and sold off to another company they might feel very uncomfortable with.

I really hope this group of individuals are brought to justice soon,I know of several families who have been torn apart by them

Also one or two land agents should hang there heads in shame the way they have forced sales through, the main culprit being Simon Allfraud....backed up by Acorns in house receiver Nick Burd

Des Phillips has got away with this for so long now

Sell at all cost,no sale no fees,no incentive to negotiate a way out. Work like a perfect tag team vague descriptions, low guide price, making sure that the farmer can't refinance to give himself chance to sell at decent market price their fees ensure that there is nothing or very little left.

Plod thinks its purely a civil matter, obtaining property by deception,2006 fraud act, joke!

Sorry,boss !!

Nick Burd is an interesting one,I can't see how it is right that Acorn can appoint him as an LPA receiver when he is a director of Acorn

If the State will not take action against them then you can always enter a Private Prosecution and there is no need for a legal team you can do it all as a private individual. You would need to have all your evidence and set out your case follow the legal format etc. Michael Doherty may be able to give anyone interested some advice on getting strated.

Michael Doherty discusses his private prosecution against the police in this video.

Brilliant.I like the sound of this.See you in court Phillips.
Peter Williams is one that that needs to be in court,I'm sure his time will come, having seen an email of his that has done the rounds, asking for one of Acorns clients,to delete the email conversation so it was seen by Burgess Salmon..........no wonder him and his side kick Viv had to jump ship quick.....
