Father in low had a bit of trick when in his old land rover doing about 40 so big artic right up his arse . so waited until the steepest part of the hill then slow down to about 10 miles a hour until driver was bouncing around in his cab then but his foot down and leave him sitting.was a long time ago
I've done that in the past when I was younger and would have fought with my shadow.
Nowadays I haven't got the inclination to care about the opinion of a lorry driver.
 
Standard of hgv driving is going to take a big nose dive IMO since the shortage any idiot will find a job, I had one try over take me up hill 50 yards from a blind bend on a very narrow road he soon backed off when I didn’t get in the hedge for him
Was reading today that the next wave of drivers tramping round Britain are coming from Uzbekistan and surrounding areas. The driver training and testing regimes in that region are doubtless beyond reproach.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
