must admit did walk the length of blue anchor beach and back the other eve. what did we see driving along r 400 odd acres up for tender down below Dunster castle? few longhorns rumbling around by the stream iirc. ?

Blue anchor/ Dunster beach is stunning.

That ground around there will grow some grass/crops and has a micro climate of its own.

Assuming BPS is included then it will be worth £220/250 acre with the sheds?

Take BPS off then £160 + acre?

i havnt looked at the detail Staggs got it? up by the streams not that brilliant and as it rises ?up at the back,
not sure what the arable ground is.
i know what its like over Watchet way as i've done some casual work thereabouts back along.
plenty enough people around.

Yea details are online if its the same land we are talking about.

I personally do not think its worth the figures i posted above but with good road links there will be plenty of large farmers/ contractors after it no doubt and will push hard to get it.
