Couple more , you have click the alerts button to view , wheras before a hover would suffice , and is there now no banner that comes up for new alerts or pm's |?

We haven’t turned on push notifications yet but will do once things are bedded in - that will fix the alerts issue

We are trying to only change things not at a time as it helps with fault finding

New layout is awful

And we asked for it to be designed as much as possible like the old one.

Unfortunately the old structure behind the forum was broken and we had to fix it. This is new hardware and that has fixed a lot of behind the scenes issues. However we had to update the front end as well. Like everything. It’s not perfect and can be worked on over time.

It’s more like the other forum that no one mentions and I won’t use that because it’s a shite layout...I liked the old layout on here, this one is crap now

Was pretty certain that it wouldn’t please everyone

However it has to move on as old tech was creaking badly behind the scenes

I recall last time the forum had an update many years back now people felt the white was to white ! (Even though it hadn’t actually changed)

Change is always hard to accept but we all do eventually, I’ve been using this version of TFF for a few months and whenever I had to go back to v1 it felt very old and much less user friendly

You will soon get used to it !

Some people will be over the moon with that

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
