What do you actually enjoy seeing on Facebook? (& of course, what ticks you off?)

What would make you follow, or unfollow, a farming company on Facebook? Feel free to name and shame in the comments šŸ‘€

I'm trying to figure out what works best for the company I work for and I'd like to get insight from actual farmers! (I'm a farmers daughter but I've been disconnected from ag for a while)
Even if you just want to have a rant about what you hate on social media...šŸ˜

(I spend a bit of time browsing the forum and have been lurking for a while, I enjoy the general chit chat and this place has been a fantastic place to learn. Sorry if this ends up in the wrong place, moderators feel free to shout at me.)

I'm not on facebook anymore but I used to be. I got fed up of all the nonsense. That being said, I did follow a number of companies and organisations and I continued to follow them on LinkedIn and Instagram long after I left Facebook.

Generally speaking, on a business type page, I want to see "things" and not "people". I quickly unfollow pages that post "We're delighted to announce initiative XYZ" or "Company A and Company B to Work Closely On XYZ" followed by a picture of two old men shaking hands. As a good example, check out the Royal Navy or RAF on Instagram. Lot's of pictures of "things" or people standing in front of interesting things. Good photography obviously helps, with no poor quality photos zoomed blown up too much.

For a good farming example, check out The Sheep Game on YouTube and Instagram. Cammy puts a lot of work into the quality of the photography and the editing.

I'm guarded about liking any click bait or advertising

Most of my family have either gone to Instagram only or left completely

I love being able to stay in contact with friends around the World and actively follow hashtags for specific cattle breeding interests

I am also a member of various groups and share photos to them
