I find if I have porridge I get hungry late morning, but I’ve been trying overnight oats ( oats, milk & honey soaked overnight in the fridge) much better at keeping me full

impossible. would be very hangry here by 9.45 and everyone around me murdered by 12.30I eat nothing until the evening, feel great, no sugar spikes and crashes. But I do drink coffee with butter blended in, never feel hungry and save lots of time and effort. Wife is very happy only preparing and cleaning up one meal per day

You guys avoiding carbs, by eating eggs or meat or the like are probably on the right path as much less of an insulin response needed and your workload is probably burning it off and keeping the weight off you. I should sit down and work out ways of making similar meals which are quick to prepare/cook. I enjoy breakfast but dislike loads of prep and cooking when still in the morning mind fug.

I think keto or at least low carbs most days is very good. On the odd day it is beneficial to have some carbs, i do one day a week. Try to add in some intermittent fasting for more health benefits.I like SPAM for breakfast
