There’s some 100ft? wide timber framed sheds in America/Canada where there’s lots of snowSnow?
Bins have a steep roof and less roof area per bin
Sheds would collapse under all that snow

I just love that skyMost sheds here will be lumber. They’re also usually dirt floor as well. Concrete floors are expensive, frost and winter not liking concrete, and concrete not liking frost and winter.
Here’s some of the sheds at the farm I’m calving at. Massive, wood, dirt floors, different types of doors or no doors at all, and all plugged of equipment.

Agree there..Sweep auger is helpful. Emptied plenty flat bottomed ones with no sweep though.
