Why aren,t grain bins used more in the UK

Most sheds here will be lumber. They’re also usually dirt floor as well. Concrete floors are expensive, frost and winter not liking concrete, and concrete not liking frost and winter.

Here’s some of the sheds at the farm I’m calving at. Massive, wood, dirt floors, different types of doors or no doors at all, and all plugged of equipment.
