That's Cefn Amlwch though, Wynne-Finch's set up.
Venables & Roberts farm at Bryn Celli Ddu on a 15 year tenancy
Took me about 5 years to realise it was Cefn Amwlch! Being an Anglesey lad I took it the same as you. Did you know WF keeps his young stock in Anglesey, on the shores of Llyn Llywenan?
I visited BCDd burial chamber last year and divined there was a new occupant. All the fields were sprayed off and slot seeded and there was a pile of concrete troughs and coils of blue alkathene ready for trenching in and installing.

Should the cow stand by herself when in public view?

What a clever reply for such an idiot, if you’d have seen the trailer loads of dead cows I’d seen coming from his fodder beet you wouldn’t be so smart mouthed, plenty of places out of site the member of staff could have taken the cow to hip lift it, didn’t need to drag it out of the shed in full view of a main road.

Why no roof? or why a website like that with gibberish down the left side?

I think they save £40-50k with no roof. For that one, they had to build an underpass under a local road which wasn't in the original budget, so that helped them a bit. (If I remember correctly, I saw them speak once)

The no roof part.

I did hear of an outfit loosing a fair few cows last winter on fodder beet, through dehydration, apparently its too much trouble taking water to them, easier to cart the dead ones away.

D'you know, I just assumed it was "What Dust" and never thought otherwise :D:D

There was talk of DWF setting up a unit on Bodorgan Estate but not happening now although Rhys Williams is putting a large double parlour unit in to Gate Farm on the Presaddfed Estate.

Are V n R connected with Mynachdy, Llanfairynghornwy?

???????????????????????????????????????????????

Has the cat just walked across your keyboard?
:) There are some lovely names in Anglesey. There is a song about 'Llanau Mon' 'cos there are so many names beginning with Llan (church). My favourite is Llanfairmathafarneithaf. The syllables roll off the tongue like old Scotch.

No problem

You mentioned Waikato. Just for info, they appear to have filled their order book for this season - at least until autumn as they werent desperately keen to strike a deal. Same is true for a lot of the manufacturers as there has been a substantial interest in rotaries recently according to those we spoke to

It will pribably be earthed via a slip ring in the centre.

Your winter ground conditions look like our drought in summer conditions,if we ever got a drought.

Will you have a drain or a sub pump?

TBH we have spent much of the week just gone installing perimeter drains to catch the ground water as we have dropped the original field level by about 15' where the rotary is going. That's why it doesnt look too bad. Our fields though are another matter.

Will have to put a submersible pump in at the lowest point of the subway but it will also be used to carry the electrics to the centre gland and a few other bits & pieces. Could really do with a roof over the whole shebang but that aint happening for a few weeks yet

You say gea electronics if it isn't too late insist on the scr pulsation and not gea If you want to know why get a pulsator from each and get Emrys to strip them on the kitchen table. Nothing wrong with the gea one just 4 times as many parts.
