As I said, they have some stuff, but not everything, what I just ordered on Farm Marketplace is not an option on there. Farm Marketplace isn't vying to be the cheapest place to buy absolutely everything agricultural related, some stuff may be cheaper, other stuff perhaps a bit more, prices change. As with all items purchased online, its often worth shopping around. Bit like Tesco is probably cheaper on some things than ASDA at any given momment, but other things it will be more expensive. Whats your issue with it Farm Marketplace nobody is forcing you to use it?
No isue. Just pointing out a cheaper option . Have a good day
But too be honest if your online shopping is being undercut by a small farm shop by a sizeable amount you need to have a word with those who supply

This about work places insisting on ankle support is supporting one of foot healths biggest problems.
I have had heel pain for 6 months now, I think I am slowly getting on top of it with foot toe and ankle strengthening exercises, but feet are designed to work barefoot, toes should be like fingers, how week would our hands be if we wore a cast on them for 40 years?
Wearing supportive boots is not encouraging us to strengthen our feet.
My brother cured his clicking painful by wearing copper socks. Don't understand how it works but feet were fine within hours.
Worth a try, plus kill bacteria so no more smelly feet!

Well I’ve seen these mentioned by others in many threads on here over the years and they have always been a big seller on TFF Farm Marketplace but today I finally got my first pair of Redback boots

Why did I not do this sooner ! Beyond doubt the most comfortable boot I’ve worn ! They look ok as well and look like they will last

Not only do you expend a lot of miles travelling everywhere ypu spend ages on here putting a downer on things from ploughs to the price of redbacks. I have no axe to grind as a volunteer helping on here but you do like to stir things up !
I praising the plough and if someone sits on the sofa gloating and pushing his boots forgive me if i pull his leg .
Why should clive be allowed to promote his boot sales on freetime and me not my straw , i was just pointing out they were overpriced , and yes i do stir with a chuckle from time to time .
I destest misery and laugh at most things

right a question for the users of redback boots,
what are the soles like compared to other work boots,
ie do they stand heat, like hot bits of metal that's been gas axed off, what a out protection from standing on sharp bits, or a nail etc,
does the steel toe capped ones have a steel mid sole,
any good for general heavy use, ie rolling about under machines, workshop work, driving in
and kicking the apprentice od time

Don't think the steel toe capped ones have steel mid soles. Perfectly fine for all the general heavy use, I wear them all day every day on the farm (arable), never had an issue with the sole being penetrated by anything sharp or if I have stood on something hot etc.

Looks like Farmer Roy spent that much on his boots, he can`t afford a tele stand and has had to use an old kitchen wall cupboard instead:ROFLMAO:

haha - things are tough here you know. I’ll sell off my furniture before I ever let go of my boots. Priorities you know . . .

nah, just in the process of moving house again, so things are a bit temporary at the moment :)

Red Back, like all boot manufacturers I know, make a variety of boots of different styles & designs for various uses, applications & specifications.

without knowing what model you are talking about it’s hard to give an answer

best way is to go to their website & look up either the specs you want ( ie - hot work, safety, oil / acid resistant etc etc ) & see which models apply, or look up the boot you want & see what the specs are & what application they are suitable for

with work boots, the requirements will vary greatly depending what industry you are in & what actual conditions you are working in

Just an example of different specs / sole types etc for different applications

Boots aren’t just boots
One size doesn’t fit all . . . :)
