If they wanted to genuinely help, they could try and actually increase the quantity demanded at the current price, rather than just devaluing the product. Maybe get their sausage machines cranked up to 11 and bang a load of bangers in the lunch boxes of those in receipt of free school meals, for example.

But you know, business is business. Can't say I blame them.

Don't get me wrong, its pretty shite, but it is what it is. Nowt I can do about it other than back myself to make the job pay over the remaining 30yrs of my career. Or back myself to pack it in and make a better job of something else.
