The 'evidence' already has shown she broke it; the concern is that because of the SNP numbers + Greens, she can't be forced out if she decides to stay. Unless some of them break ranks...

If it’s ok for the blonde boy in London to formally lie to HM, and still carry on as PM never mind MP, then why the fudge is this little matter of Nicola a matter of concern or interest to anybody?
Seems to me to be nothing other than vindictiveness towards her and by extension, the very notion of Scottish nationalism. A flailing, drowning, attempt by Brexiteers and English nationalists, to disrupt the inevitable secession of Scotland the Brave from the Brexit ruptured union.

She's proved she is none of that. I know lots of Scottish nationalists who hold their politics dear but who currently hate their party. All any opposition to Scotzit has to ask for is a peer reviewed state of Scotland's finances report had Scotland left the Union on Salmond's proposed date given two oil price crisis events and covid. If The Sacred Coo suggests she would have borrowed against future oil reserves the next question is why is she banking on polluting, world destroying fossil fuels that the rest of the sentient countries of the world despise? I sure as heck don't want my descendants to live in a world of massive national debt and taxes so high they drive every successful business venture to have a registered head office in Carlisle or The Cayman Isles.
If folk think Boris cocked up the fishing job ask what The sacred Coo would HAVE to surrender to get into Europe.
She openly courts the ignorant urban massive to support her personal anti fieldsports stance and has already sold angling down the river to fishfarms, hates shooting at targets or game, wants every inch of Scotland open to the public and will let any interested group of busybodies buy land from the 'oppressive landowners' even if they have a better bid from someone else.
How anyone with honest farm dirt under their nails can back her is a mystery to me. She hates us.

There is lying or bending the truth which all politicians seem to fo and there is being involved in what appears to be trying to get an ex colleague sent to prison for something his trial said he was innocent of.
