We've put manganese on everything.

Nah, will be osr in behind it.Early sown, early to harvest. Then follow the trend for some summer barley. £££££

The issue cereal crops will have now is that it is been very mild and crops are probably growing like a good un. So you have a lot of fresh and tender growth. Then you get a few cold nights or days of cold wind and they look sorry for themselves. The main thing is that they are putting down root mass to sustain themselves over winter, particularly for you guys in the North who get about 20 minutes of daylight in the winter.
Perfect. Think of the weed suppression from that.
Going to leave it and see..though agronomist wants to put an insecticide on to reduce BYDV infection . Not sure that's necessary
