She's clearly biased towards the coporate members of the NFU compared to the farmer members. She's finishing naturally in February apparently but should she still be there today?
When she first took over she was on the Red Tractor board and wanted to remain on it whilst being NFU president...

Anyone booked an apartment and needing a couple of extra people to fill it?

what does a healthy population of Red Kites number? What does it indicate?
Going back 20 years when we moved here it was a unique occasion to see one circling overhead maybe once every 6 months.
Now, they are always present. Today I stood in the field and watched, as no fewer than 12 circled...

I say brands,as many tractor brands are under the umbrella of Agco and to a lesser degree Case/New Holland.
I am sure some of you will have tried most makes/brands.
I must add that I am now semi retired but occasionally help out someone who runs Case tractors and they seem to be not...

Never grown them before, recovering OSR grower. Which is a good winter variety and what seed rate if ploughing or Claydon drilled please? Any other advice welcome.

Are row cleaners available for the Avatar direct drill as an oem item or as a retrofit part. If either, part nos, or names of retro companies would be useful
As far as I understand the rules for the above. I am entitled to spin some beans into my winter barley at drilling, leave them in until the spring, and claim for the £129/hectare.
Has anyone clarified this with the higher powers by any chance? It seems like a no brainer
