We paid £70 each for 14kg bags of grass seed in the spring. Luckily we got them in before the March rains. Some of our older leys have gone to seed earlier than normal due to to dry spell and we're wondering if it's viable to brush harvest seed - if we can find a contractor. Thoughts? Experiences?
