And the 350 million per week is why we are able to afford Covid better than everyone else.
Maybe that's why Boris isn't bothered about how badly he managed the while pandemic.

Out my arse. More like standing in the open doorway on the way out, letting in the wind and rain. Make your mind up UK. Fudge to fudge out, or sign where Barnier tells you .... any day now I guess...
Of course it was, despite anything he's said to the contrary.Boris has no intention of forging a deal. I reckon that was his plan from the outset.

The Brexit maxim was from the outset, that there would be a quick and easy deal. As Liam Fox famously said, “the easiest deal in history”! With Farage et al, repeating ad nauseum “they need us more than we need them”, the plebs bought into it.
It should be a very simple trade deal. Why they want to bring in freedom of movement or the European court or any of that bilge is beyond me. No wonder the government is already conducting other trade talks with interested parties, I would too.
Why on earth should it be a simple trade deal!? The UK is positioned a few kilometres adjacent to the EU 27. Several leading UK politicians of Brexit tendency have spoke openly of making UK a tax free etc etc location for competition with the EU 27. This is going to affect EU27 members for decades to some. SImple trade deal only in the eyes of delusioned Brexiters. Time yet to see who blinks first, who bluffs, who takes the hard position. Hey ho.
