@eulb are you putting derv doctors turbo kit on that tractor?is it a 7530?

I thought about doing but my egr has been turned off since it hit 1000hrs,I think getting clean air hasn't done it any harm.(y)

Yes it's a 75,one of the very last ones,had it fettled to do a true 58kph it's a flying machine,pulls like a train with it.(y)

As rusty posted variable vane has cooling on the actuator.

i I presume fig6 is the feed and fig20 is the return.fig7 is the actuator.

Feed goes through bonjo bolt 19 from pipe number 20, return goes onto fitting number 16(y)

Diesel in the cooler to see if you found the leak.

So if I'm following this correct, pipe 20 on the turbo comes from the EGR cooler and the pipe on 16 goes straight back to the engine block for cooling?

I wouldn't like to say, I kept the original feed pipe/location as per pic but just straight piped where the cooler should be

The reason I thought the braided hose was the return was because its tee'd into the 19mm line for the egr cooler, does the supply to the egr cooler come from below or above?

Does the egr cooler act as restriction sending water to the actuator?:scratchhead:

I think id cry if my tractor got assaulted by a tree.hedge cutting at the moment with my 6620 and got some curtains tied over the bonnet to save the scratches and a towel over the rear of tractor over the hydraulics to keep all the chippings out which allways seem impossoble to remove
Nick...
Be carefull what you keep draped over the bonnet, we had a carpet on ours for a while. took it off and the bonnet looks like it got measels with pimples all over

Pipe 20 connects onto fig11 (just above the bolt fig15) tube 11 connected to the egr cooler (fig1)

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
