My question is why is it not on RL ?
Also looks poor on septoria

biggest merit imo is the wide drilling window

If it were any good it would be on the recommended list, why would anyone grow such a variety when there are better ones?

You hear this from various agri businesses, "It's our variety, it's very good at XXXX and it didn't make the RL because it's not suited to their protocol, blah blah. But it will suit your farm"

Which translates to "Breader Y has 'bet the farm' on variety Z thinking it might be the next Riband / Extase, but the RL spotted its bred from Moulin and it's also leprous with every disease going, and they've kicked it into the long grass. But Breader Y has 15,000 tonnes of seed and needs an out, and we've come to an agreement where we'll pull the wool over your eyes and make the excuses after we've cashed our annual bonuses. Yes it really is that good, I'll put you down for 10 tonnes".
