Could take a month to kill them with roundupI’m thinking so
Glyphosate to enable harvest maybe the only option. But you can see from the picture how lush they are at wheat harvest time

I really rate starane. Just the straight stuff, brings way more to the party than what’s on the label. Good on black bindweed which you mentioned somewhere. Even at just half a litre. Which SU are you using and why? I think mcpa as advertised elsewhere can be used after 32 which helps particularly with thistles and poppies I believe. Will you be putting fungicide in the same pass? Mines moved on so fast I think I will.A bit off topic but what would e everyone suggest adding with an SU for BLW control in spring barley post GS 31. Normally I just go with a hormone usually mcpa but because of a lack of weeds and drought stress causing the barley to start to run I'm having to go late than I normally would. The only options i can see are fluroxypry based but iv never used a lot of it and from the label I cant see what it would add much to what I want to control.
If they grow thin and tall they will grow very large heads and you will wait for ever to kill to kill themThat’s what I am thinking
Mind, last year during the weeks we are talking, it was over 40 most days. That would speed it up
I think I've only ever used a couple bottles of Hurler( generic starane) all the while I've been spraying.I really rate starane.
