Are shoots allowed in Tier 2

Moving into tier 2 from 2 Dec, been told that shoots are exempt from rule of 6, is this correct?

its classed as out door sports so you can still have your day. You must observe social distancing and I'd wear a mask to be on safe side. Dont get pee'd up then all jump in the game wagon and drive along the main road all crammed in like some appear to do!

pretty certain they can't, taken from gov website Tier 3:

avoid travelling to other parts of the UK, including for overnight stays other than where necessary, such as for work, education, youth services, to receive medical treatment, or because of caring responsibilities. You can travel through other areas as part of a longer journey

I'm trying to work out if I can have the in-laws over for Xmas (Tier 2 for both of us) then go to Dorset (T2) for a shoot then see my Mum in Wilts (T2). This would be mostly outside the 23rd-27th December for the family bubble thing.
