Hi guys, do any of you have any links to current ( as in up to date!) basic instruction/video for the current version of my xcn 2050 (new holland flavour) running piq app please? The only video I can find is on Trimble website (a complete mystery in itself!) and it shows setup page but not the run screen and practically how to operate. All other videos I have looked at seem out of date and look different to what I have on my screen. Im pretty good with tech, but am struggling with some the basics.
Thanks in advance

Actually, there are no good video/sheets about 1050/2050 displays. Where did you stuck?

Ah so I'm not blind! Just struggling a bit with setup of field. I create new field/ job. Say sprayer. Mark perimiter and ab line. No prob Finish job and leave. Come back to field with different impliment and cant display lines. When I go to select pattern from existing choices (top right button) I get "error pattern unavailable for this field"
Also when I go to shift position to current (where I am on an pre done tramline) I get "error shift not available for this pattern"
I had no bother with old teejet shifting to current position so must be doing something wrong?‍♀️

Seems a shame. One of the reasons I bought a trimble system 7 years ago was that there was a fair bit of general information and user/dealer videos on them. It was a good thing because I have not been so impressed with the official support.

I tried looking for a GFX user manual and didn't seem to be able to just view one. Not being able to go to a manufacturers website and download something as fundamental as a user manuals (without any BS like having to be registered and logged in.) is IMHO poor service. Trimble are far from unique in this respect, but at least there were plenty of other websites where I could just DL the latest manuals (and firmware) for the FMX.

The PDF is also saved on the GFX screen so you don’t need net access

The manual stored on my xcn 2050 seems completely out of date. The interface is even different I think. I'll check tomorrow. Even logging in to trimble website I can find no 2050 manuals and only video I see are overviews not instructions ?

?Thanks a million for that link. It is the closest Ive seen to my display (ill check tomorrow) but on a quick read I was missing out the "field manger " part completely!! Ill play tomorrow but looks good!. I presume I can set tramlines in field manager too. I actually thought that field manager was the FM on the start screen that I would have to purchase unlocks to use ???

Ok Im downloading from greenfield ag site.......will take a while?
What are the main significant differences ??
Split screen is the major change, the icons on the run screen have been moved around as well.
The user guide is now accessed by tapping the bottom right quarter of the piq tab on home page and the top right has a
funky little video explaining all the changes from the previous version.

I meant SODs law above! ?
Thanks guys for help and info. I have also found a piq instruction on greenfield ag site which has only recently appeared. It seems pretty good too. Why o why do trimble not put a simple downloads page on their website with all the firmware versions, help files, videos and instruction manuals, in one place, for us mere mortals?
Then again as I said on another post; Trimble have one of the worst websites I have ever seen - you would need a gps to find your way round it!
Now to read the instructions?
