Best 12 ton grain trailer to buy?

Hi looking to buy a new12 ton grain trailer,availability might be a problem right now,
Needs to have auto door,sprung drawbar,and oil and air brakes.
I know a Stewart is probably best,budget won't go there,what's the best of the rest in case I'm missing something.

Lots of really nice engineering on ours. Clearly designed and fabricated by guys who’ve carted grain themselves. Some other manufacturers we’ve used in the past and you have to wonder what they were thinking...

They dont look flash but agri links proforge trailers seem good spec on the running gear and dont seem dear. I think they are a copy of a marston.

I had a look around a ktwo at a local show and thought the design and finish looked A1.

Richard western for resale value, which may not be relevant if like us you keep them forever.

Stewart look a nice trailer too.

Are Bailey not held in the same regard any more? We have a good Bailey 12 tonner that is about 20 years old,(or approaching), and it will be here forever, almost.

Our Stewart ... not so much (plus I don’t like the single ram)

It’s an open topped box that tips, you won’t go wrong with most brands.

So in essence buy the brand/colour/one that you like the price of, you won’t be disappointed.

Bailey 1st then ktwo. Very well build and in 20 years time still be worth a good bit. Saw a 5 year old trailer on boggie axels the other day. So no work at all really and was not pretty underneath. Would have been cheaper but not by much. Buy a machine that is built to last not on budget. And some cheaper trailers will used 8stud axels not 10

Just done a deal on a new one today,no such thing as a cheap trailer now, problem is good secondhand are too close to new price, availability was my main issue.

You should have put this in April .. also can you buy direct from manufacturer or do you have to buy through dealer

Stability at full extension in wind or tipping on a slope is the biggy.

Twin ram trailers are generally more stable ...... IMO of course
