There's no mention of Cefetra in both articles?

CEFETRA grain in the will make up such a small part of the Baywa group it won’t be worth mentioning
Cefetra UK doesn’t just cover grain though, the feedstuff side is a significantly larger part of their business.

Question is, if this is still hanging over them when it’s time for any contracts you have with them, will you supply with the possibility of not getting paid? There’s a section in the AIC contract that allows you to withhold supply if there is doubt.

Yes I gather that they are a major feedstuff supplier however I think those that were asking are more concerned re cefetra grain.

Maybe so but €5.5 Billion in debt at end of 2023 and a 52% drop in share price since then would still give me slight cause for concern if most of my malting barley was on contract there.
Pretty much all of it moves in a one month window with payment month following.
That an awful lot to potentially be sitting out on if it did all go pear shaped.

Be a fair few in our area on Cefetra contracts.

We don't have any, but put a few loads to them last harvest.
