what's the difference between this and a electric fence?Pretty sure it wouldn’t be allowed here by the authorities, there was another system similar, electric dog collars are a no, no, at least in Wales.
and I was thinking if they got zapped would they then not run forwards to where you didn't want themWould it work with strip grazing as the boundary changes twice daily would the cows get confused and not bother with the next new bit also if u had no fences would they not be hard to get out of the field as they wouldnt know ud turned it off
Maybe the boundary could just move very slow all the time .........and I was thinking if they got zapped would they then not run forwards to where you didn't want them
It certainly has potentialif its cost effective as wouldnt have to change fencers. Dunno if it would be good for strip grazing but would be interested to hear of any1 else usin it for thatRidiculous idea. Can't see anyone investing in something that will likely be banned. Some brave (or stupid?) soul maybe

Electric fence ?Fact is that e collars for dogs are under scrutiny if not already banned. I can't see how pushing the same thing for cattle is the smartest thing to be doing, certainly in the uk anyway.
You would think so , likeDon't they make a noise before they give them a shock so they get used to stopping before the get a shock
Which are banned. Edit: maybe just in Wales so far.You would think so , like
Dog collars .
