being pushed hereabouts to get commoners to graze the cattle where the great and good think the cows should be.
It should be said, not all of the commoners, or cows, agree.
It'll be a long while before mine get them

I also know a few who've used the predecessor - collars and buried wires as boundaries.
collars get lost, cows get through anyway, etc.

Would it work with strip grazing as the boundary changes twice daily would the cows get confused and not bother with the next new bit also if u had no fences would they not be hard to get out of the field as they wouldnt know ud turned it off

Ridiculous idea. Can't see anyone investing in something that will likely be banned. Some brave (or stupid?) soul maybe
It certainly has potentialif its cost effective as wouldnt have to change fencers. Dunno if it would be good for strip grazing but would be interested to hear of any1 else usin it for that

You would think so , like
Dog collars .
Which are banned. Edit: maybe just in Wales so far.

I’m not anti this technology but this is where the ‘huggers’ are going to win. I have a leccy collar for the dog, I think it’s great, others on this forum would rather a leathering with a poly pipe and ban the collar. I hope they know the limit with the pipe like I do with the collar.

it probably is a massively useful tool on the hill or common ground but be aware it might end up in the thread ‘the worst thing ever bought’ because you can’t use it.
