I don’t think they gave details but I’ve asked a few current tenants and I think you find out either way. Hopefully we will. I’ve no idea about a meeting

I’ve asked and they won’t allow any viewing until the short listing is done which is a bummer! Anyone seen to be viewing will have their application withdrawn so we can only do the business plan off the maps they have provided.

When i used to go looking farms in the 90,s, my pal had a pilots licence so we spied from the air. It was very enlightening.

Handy. There's so many satellite images now of different ages that you don't probably need to go to those lengths...

I’m not going to lie, it’s not a great feeling! I 100% didn’t expect to get it on my first go but it would have been nice to have all my work acknowledged, I’ve emailed asking for feedback so I can improve on next time

Don’t worry, you’ve done the hard work now - just develop your business plan to suit the next place - I doubt if there are many tenants who got far on their first attempt. Things happen for a reason- when you get your place you will look back and see that this place wasn’t right for you ?

Better to have given it a go than not, went for some land and shed last year and failed. Knew i was flogging a dead horse from the start but at least i had tried and nobody was going to get cheap. Stick with it your luck may change.
