In the 80s we had farmore farmers craven arms ,There water bill was 500K to pelletise soya and wheat you need water.Water is cheap just adds weight !
From what %? I seriously hope we don’t get a wet harvest.Gas drying will be awful if we get a wet harvest could be £20/t
Except combines need fuel to run too......Soon be cheaper to buy another combine and run it on the sunny days.
Ah if only they would take it at 16%.......
Surely you use same amount of fuel with one or two combines???Except combines need fuel to run too......
When harvesting, but twice the amount to move fields, twice the amount idling.Surely you use same amount of fuel with one or two combines???
Typo surely?I always thought that the benchmark figure was roughly 1L of fuel per tonne of grain dried per percent moisture?
Cant be that much on a ring fenced farmWhen harvesting, but twice the amount to move fields, twice the amount idling.
All grain should be going back to 16 % as standard.
And here is the most sicken part , as soon as it gets to the maltser for brewing it get watered
No, I'd say that's about right. Just for the burner though, not a tractor on the front driving it.Typo surely?
At least 10 times that.
