The only deregulation I can see is that the gov/big businesses no longer need lube when shafting farmers.

How the hell can it be working when there are some on retailer contracts at over 42p and others who are on 28p and both are doing the same job .

I guess the answer to that depends which end of the scale your milk price is on, it would seem to be working better for some than others.
No doubt there were faults with the MMB but we were all pretty much in the same boat as regards milk price
