John Deere 6r mirror arm broken.

As above, never hit anything, not even curbside it just started swinging.
It's got the electric wide angle ones.
It's where the silver rod goes into the actuator that extends it. Is there anything I can do to fix or is it a new actuator?

Now Then..
If you never extend it, you can drill it and pus a bolt through it. Yes, a somewhat rough looking fix.
Or as mentioned,,,,, any warranty??
Or the other option of buying a new arm at pretty horrific money 💰

It's not under warranty unfortunately.
No I never extend them.
Might look at the bolt idea but a new arm and actuator was about 130 on a stock order when I asked. Expensive but after hearing what the Kuhn spreader actuators are I didn't think it was that bad.

Not knowing which tractor or actual mirror head you have, this was my guess.....

Thanks ive just looked into the jd parts myself and the dealer was indeed wrong, he's quoting me for the actuator that moves the top mirror glass at £148. the Bit i need is called the holder at the £729.
That's just a crazy price, might be drilling and bolting for that.

Following from my other tread. Didn't notice the replys regarding the after market part. Anyone know where I can get this? It says they are on Facebook but I'm not on that
I had a trawl through Facebook there's someone saying Rowland tractors has the aluminium block in stock
