Hello!

Thinking of remapping my JD 6125r 2014 mod for some extra hp when stationary pto-work, eg slurry pumping.
What are peoples opinion on remove/disable EGR and DPF.
Is it ok just leave it in place or should this be disabled when remapping for more hp?
I understand the DPF has to be removed or cored out if disabled, but what about the EGR? Should it be fitted with a blanking plate?
My best alternatives for remapping is Ekotuning and Allcartuning. Any recommendations?

Vandalen, Would you not trade it for a tractor with the correct power for the job? In the current economic climate and with 0% finance you can get a good deal and your 2014 tractor is a desirable trade!. Is it an option?

Trading not an option. Can't have tractor with bigger frame size for the jobs the 6125r do.... It's fitted with a loader, but no fancy trims. PowerQuad with manual spools. It's a tractor everybody on the farm can jump in and get chores done with... Fendt 516 outruled... My other tractors are a 95 mod JD 7700 with 160 at shaft and a stock 6215r 2019, but they are used for mixing and umbilical dribble bar when spreading slurry. Also 6125r not big enough for lagoon mixer...

Very tempted to do my 6125r as well as it's got shockingly poor low reving torque .
Derv Doctor sorted my previous 6430p and that tractor was an animal as would match a 7530 with a McHale Fusion running side by side and never short on power
