Krone mower grouper

got a krone 3210cv centre pivot, great mower but having problems with grouper. Always feel that it doesn't run fast enough to through grass. Just through it to side of previous row. Any thing to look at or are they a problem in heavy crops?. Dealer replaced motor on belt drive and has tested everything else says its fine

The mower has its own oil supply thats run off the pto. There is a control box to regulate the belt speed which does work but still seems to slow

Has it a filter in line that may be bunged up on mower.

Yes lovely job perfect for a big trailed forager loads better than a rake as the swath is so smooth.

How well does it wilt?

Well enough for a clamp. We are aiming for silage at 30%dm. We sometimes merge 2nd and 3rd cut and go through it with haybob for bales. The way we put them side by side is no different from picking it up out of 9ft rows with a forager

Thanks , we are trying to put row on top of last but ours would struggle doing a light crop at full speed like what your doing. Running at 1000rpm

No ours goes at 10-12k in heavy first cut although we usually group in a gear slower than when it’s up. Also watch out for cracks we had our grouper mount crack
