Kverneland maize drill

Got a kverneland optima hd maize drill. Running on isobus through the fendt screen. Its also section controlled unlocked.
Have been using this drill without issues for 3 years and works perfectly.
The other day drilling it threw a bit of a hissy fit which set off loads of warning alarms totally random. Eventually they stopped but now we havnt got section control anymore. After a bit of fault finding it seems its lost the activation code on the drill which unlocks the section control.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
We've got the dealer trying to speak to kverneland who need to verify the serial number to prove it was unlocked who then need to speak to the people who made/released the software to try and get a new code but unfortunately is taking a while.

An update on this for anyone interested
Turns out the drill was sold new with a 'demo' code for section control for 25 hours of use.
We were the 2nd owners of the drill and 1st owner didn't use section control. We been told that it only counts time when its actually turning sections on and off not drilling time , which is seconds at a time on every bout, over 3 years these seconds have mounted up to 25 hours of use and the code has expired 😒.
Waiting for a price to see how much the unlock is now
